When creating a diet plan, stay consistent, keep in mind that what may work for others may not work for you, and be realistic! If you are a French Fry Fanatic, eliminating them from your diet completely will set you up for failure. The moment you decide to sneak one little French fry, you'll end up binging. Instead of totally eliminating French fries, try baking them instead of frying them. Don't like baked French fries? Don't sweat it, allow yourself 1 cheat day per week!
