The best choices for healthy foods are:

  • Green leafy vegetables (kale, collard greens, and arugula_

  • Non- leafy cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts)

  • Berries ( blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)

  • Beans

  • Mushrooms (portabello, shiitake, and white button)

  • Onions (scallions, leeks, and garlic)

  • Nuts (walnuts, almonds, and pistachios)

  • Seeds (flax, chia, and hemp)

  • Tomatoes

  • Pomegranates and Cherries

The Worse choices for healthy foods are:

  • Smoked, Barbecued, or Conventionally- Raised Red Meat

  • Commercial Baked Goods

  • Butter

  • Pancakes and Donuts

  • Soda

  • Fried Foods

  • Highly-Salted Foods

  • Hot Dogs and Luncheon Meats

  • White Sugar and other calorically-dense sweetners

  • Sweetened Dairy Products

When creating a diet plan, stay consistent, keep in mind that what may work for others may not work for you, and be realistic! If you are a French Fry Fanatic, eliminating them from your diet completely will set you up for failure. The moment you decide to sneak one little French fry, you'll end up binging. Instead of totally eliminating French fries, try baking them instead of frying them. Don't like baked French fries? Don't sweat it, allow yourself 1 cheat day per week!

Body Sculpt Weekly

Depending on your health and beauty goals, it is recommended that you body sculpt 1 to 2 times per week to improve and maintain your treatment area(s).

Working Out 3 to 5 days per week

Along with eating properly, exercising is key to staying healthy and achieving your beauty goals. It is recommended to work out 3 to 5 days per week for at least 30 minutes. When creating a fitness plan, be sure to focus on strength and cardiovascular fitness.
