Policies

COVID-19

  • You must wear a mask to your appointment

  • If you do not have a mask, you can purchase one for $2

  • If you or anyone in your household is feeling sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home and we can reschedule

  • No additional guest

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you need to cancel, please contact Plush Beauty Service at least 48 hours in advance & we will be happy to reschedule you

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will lose their deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule

  • No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service value and will not able to reschedule or book in the future


LATE

  • Please send a courtesy message or email if you know you're going to be late

  • All scheduled appointments will have a 15 minute grace period

  • Anything after 15 minutes will need to be rescheduled


DEPOSITS

  • To finalize booking, 50% of service total will be required. All deposits will be deducted from your total

  • Deposits are non-refundable

GIFT CARDS/ PROMOTIONS/PACKAGE DEALS

  • Gift cards are valid for 18 months

  • Promotional deals must be used/booked within first 3 months of purchase

  • All packaged sessions must be paid in full by first session

PBS SHOP

  • No returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
